Christine Hales is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective/Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. She also teaches group fitness classes and brings over 25 years of experience to her clients. Christine specializes in strength training and helping her clients correct muscle imbalances, overuse injuries, and improve the effects of aging on the body. She designs programs to help her clients improve their strength and quality of movement in every day life.
Christine is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and helping others to do the same. She enjoys spending time with her children and husband, and caring for her two rescue pups. She also enjoys driving the Jeep and exploring new places to kayak and paddle board.
