CINDY EVANS

CINDY EVANS

Cindy takes her inspiration from her mother who was driven by self-actualization, mindfulness, and observing the general notion that human beings are commanded to alleviate suffering. The household of Cindy’s youth represented a considered balance of altruism, humor, chaos and curiosity. Both parents possessed the genuine ability to lift the spirits of everyone that ventured through; they balanced a contemporary vision for human dignity with a surrendered and formal nod to the nostalgia of their generation. This unspoken character was a guiding light for Cindy. For the ReSet Lounge those inherited strengths will render support for those seeking a transitional journey into physical and emotional wellness.

Cindy’s career has spun through a sundry of creative, journalistic, sales, marketing, and design endeavors; coupled with a plethora of volunteer activities within the schools and charitable organizations. The most rewarding of fortitude was raising and releasing three spectacular individuals into the wilds of their collegiate pursuit; from small town Ohio, to busy NYC and creative California in search of their passion.

Within the shell of the now emptied nest she seeks the sunny outdoors, sports and fitness, reading, writing( No ‘rithmatic), rescuing (needy animals) and hanging out with scads of lifelong and uniquely amusing friends collected along the way.

Debbie Radvar

Holistic Practitioner

Debbie Radvar

Debbie is a Holistic Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience helping clients overcome physical pain, allergies, emotional stress and other chronic conditions through a blend of gentle treatments. Through several certifications and a mastery of different healing modalities, she offers clients a unique combination of therapies in each session to bring about the most efficient results. Her work stems from Eastern Medicine and a deep desire to help people overcome physical and emotional challenges that keep them from enjoying the life they were meant to live.

Using muscle reflex testing (applied kinesiology) as her primary guide, she works with her client’s innate intelligence to uncover the root cause of their challenges. In re-connecting the body’s electrical circuits, energy flow is restored, and true, lasting healing can then take place.

While her primary modalities are Cranial Sacral Therapy and TBM (Total Body Modification), Debbie’s eclectic practice also blends PNF stretching, functional physiology, Shiatsu and other Eastern Medicine therapies. In addition to holistic modalities, Debbie is also trained and certified to provide thermography services. Thermography is a non-invasive diagnostic tool used to detect a variety of conditions, but used most often in breast screenings, as it may be able to indicate cancerous growth years in advance of their being detected by other procedures.

Through a session with Debbie, clients experience muscle testing, light pressure and tapping and stretching that enable the body to release pain and restore proper energetic flow. While they experience a non-invasive, relaxing session, Debbie’s mastery of eastern medicine techniques help to decompress the nervous system and restores proper brain to body communication. Many describe these techniques as a body “re-boot;” clearing blockages and stimulating neuro-lymphatic and meridians and spinal reflex points to correct imbalances.

As Western Medicine treats the body from a “chemical” perspective, Eastern Medicine views the body as electro-chemical. Stress, injury, and emotional upset can disrupt the body’s communication system and control that the brain has over a specific organs and systems. This "blown fuse" may manifest as any number of different symptoms. TBM and other functional-physiology techniques re-establish this connection by restoring proper communication and rebooting the body's primary functional programs.
