What is the cost?

60 minutes: $150

90 minutes: $200

What will my appointment be like?

A 60-minute session focuses on as focus areas.

90-minute sessions are appropriate for the full body.

You will be on a massage table, please wear lightweight or exercise clothing and drink plenty of water both before and after your session.

Are there contraindications?

Key contraindications include acute injuries, certain chronic conditions like hypermobility, and situations where pain or inflammation is present during joint movement. It’s also crucial to avoid stretching in areas with recent fractures, open wounds, or infections.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We are thrilled to reserve our staff’s time and facility for your visit! We have a 24-hour cancellation policy; late cancels and no-shows are charged in full.
