Jason's treatments include moxibustion (moxa) & acupuncture needles to promote the healthy formation and movement of energy, blood and fluids in the body. The needles are similar in diameter to a single human hair and moxa is sourced from the mugwort plant (artemisia vulgaris).
Moxa is placed in small cones on the skin and ignited, bringing warmth to that area of the body before being quickly removed. Needles are then inserted and slowly removed, or retained for some amount of time.
Jason works with you throughout the session, monitoring your progress to ensure comfort, confidence and open lines of communication.
Sessions are $120 and can range between 60 and 90 minutes.
