Acupuncture at ReSet Lounge

How can I relax and focus? What’s next for me? How can I just enjoy life? What will best sustain me? How do I digest change? How can I age gracefully?

Acupuncture is a way to communicate with the body, mind and spirit components of each individual to promote change and self-healing by generating refined signals that allow the body’s energies to flow in a more sustainable way. This creates a sense of ease and well-being which enables us to more effectively respond to the internal and external stimuli we face each day.

Acupuncture is an observational therapy compiled over several millennia which mapped out the body’s response to intervention with needles at specific locations. Acupuncturists are trained on this roadmap of the body, the deep philosophical underpinnings of how and why this exists, and how the body’s systems work in relation to each other. You do not have to subscribe to or deny any particular belief system to feel the effects of acupuncture. As the needles are placed, the body’s innate intelligence responds.

Jason says, “I am grateful to provide this service to my clients. When treating, humility is paramount in my mindset. I do not impose or force change upon clients, but rather pose questions to their body, mind and spirit systems regarding possible solutions.

Each client has a responsibility of stewardship in maintaining their own body, mind and spirit in order to experience life to its fullest. I merely offer you some tools to support that endeavor.”
