Drink plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session to replenish fluids lost through perspiration. Additional electrolytes are recommended.
Limit food intake one hour before your infrared session. This allows the body to detox more effectively because it will not be using that energy for digestion.
Enter with clean dry skin. Oil and lotion decrease perspiration by blocking pores.
Towel off during your session to keep pores open to perspire more.
Dry Brushing is an easy and effective way to boost your detox session and give your skin an even more radiant, healthy glow. A gentle brushing prior to your sauna session serves as a light exfoliation by opening and unclogging pores, removing dead skin cells and stimulating cellular regeneration.
Cell phones, water bottles (both plastic and glass), should be kept outside of the sauna. This prevents items from overheating, melting, or breaking. Books and magazines are safe to take inside.
We offer a full body vibration plate, rowing machines and stationary bikes for those that want to kick start their sweat before entering the sauna.
If you don’t feel “right” get out.
