• Dry Brushing is an easy and effective way to boost your detox session and give your skin an even more radiant, healthy glow. A gentle brushing prior to your sauna session serves as a light exfoliation by opening and unclogging pores, removing dead skin cells and stimulating cellular regeneration.
• Cell phones, water bottles (both plastic and glass), should be kept outside of the sauna. This prevents items from overheating, melting, or breaking. Books and magazines are safe to take inside.
• We offer a full body vibration plate, rowing machines and stationary bikes for those that want to kick start their sweat before entering the sauna.
• If you don’t feel “right” get out.
