ReSet ReAssurances

Our number one priority continues to be the safety of our guests and our staff.  Our cleaning and sanitizing procedures exceed CDC guidelines so that you can be safe and feel comfortable visiting ReSet:

  • Appointment times have been staggered to minimize overlap during guest check-in and to ensure proper social distancing.
  • We will ask anyone entering the Lounge to answer a short self-assessment questionnaire for COVID-19 symptoms and to take a quick temperature reading.
  • We will abide by State guidelines for occupancy levels and will maintain our commitment to privacy in our treatment rooms. 
  • Check in will be streamlined. A ReSet team member will call you prior to your appointment if any waiver or payment information is incomplete.  Note you are able to manage all of your account information online via your computer or the ReSet Lounge APP.
  • We ask that you bring and wear your own mask. 
  • Please bring your own water and any reading materials for use during your services.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available at both entrances. 
  • Air purifiers are in each service room.
  • Our staff will be wearing masks and gloves and will have a health screening prior to every shift.
  • Service rooms will be sanitized between every guest appointment and common areas sanitized multiple times each day with hospital grade products.
  • Deep cleaning during closed hours will exceed State guidelines for best practices.
  • We encourage you to reschedule an appointment if you are feeling unwell.
  • ReSet will remain a “shoes off” facility.
  • All linens will be laundered according to CDC guidelines.

We are flexible to accommodate you and cater to your comfort level. If you would like to keep personal items onsite for your services (eye-mask, weighted blanket, socks or other items) we will arrange for private storage. We also have offerings for private use of the the Lounge for groups up to 10 people.
