How NuCalm Works

What you’ll experience:

You’ll settle into an amazing high end zero-gravity chair which has its own restorative benefits.
A ReSet team member will help you settle in with a weighted blanket, an eye mask and noise cancelling headphones. Your job is to relax and listen to music!
During a NuCalm session, you won’t totally be asleep but rather in a lucid-dream state.
When finished, you’ll feel calm and relaxed, but without tiredness or cobwebs.
